In view of the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic, there are some additional measures to protect worshippers in the church.  Please wear a face covering, enter by the main door, clean your hands with the cleanser provided, sign in and proceed directly to your allocated seat.  On departure, please leave directly and  take your belongings with you.

  • Discussion on Benefice reorganisation continues and, on 12 Jun, the PCC formally stated its intent to remain rural and join the new enlarged group. Failing that the church to remain a standalone parish.  The next stage has now started following a letter from the Mission and Pastoral Secretary setting out a “Dissolution Draft” ans as expected, there is a proposal for new large benefice broadly combining the Guiltcross and Harling Groups, without Kenninghall (moving to the Quidenham Group) but with Wretham; Rushford would become a standalone Benefice and the Thetford Team Ministry of Croxton, Kilverstone and Thetford remains.  The PCC has met with Representatives of with the Diocese to discuss the situation on 14 December and further information will be published when known.

Brettenham Church

Church is currently closed and no services are planned for the moment.

St Andrew’s usually has a communion/ morning service at 9 am on the third Sunday in the month.
