Breckland District Council is looking for a Greater Thetford Partnership Manager Ref: 50-19

Salary: Grade 5, £44,697 – £50,879 per annum
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week
Place of Work: Thetford (with regular travel)
Basis: 2 year fixed term contract

The Greater Thetford Partnership is a Strategic Partnership made up of representatives from County, District, Town and Parish Councils with a focus on delivering the best possible outcomes for their communities. To do this Breckland Council is seeking an individual who can thrive in a networked organisation, are highly motivated, creative, and able to prioritise a varied and challenging work programme.

You’ll need to demonstrate good leadership and motivational skills with ambition to drive delivery excellence. The new post holder will provide vision and leadership in developing and managing strategic relationships, ensuring people, systems, policies and processes are in place to enable high-quality improvements and economic growth.

Through strategic relationships you will empower and enable the provision of high quality, accessible and locally responsive services for the benefit of our communities. Liaising with a variety of audiences and proactively identifying stakeholder interest requires an experienced communicator who can present ideas and proposals.
